Open Days during STEYR@HOME 2022

Steyr is set to celebrate 75 years of tractor production by holding a series of open days at its plant in St. Valentin, Austria, where visitors will be able to investigate the brand's past, present and future.

Taking place from 21-23 June 2022 from 9am - 6pm at the St. Valentin plant, the event will be titled 'STEYR@HOME 2022 - 75 Years of STEYR Tractors'. A full and interesting program with an agricultural focus will include the presentation of the latest Steyr tractors and the Hybrid Drivetrain Konzept, a further development of the Konzept Tractor.

There are also plans for a large display of 'oldtimer' or vintage/classic Steyr tractors, and more than 50 historical exhibits will be presented in a large-scale tour, so STEYR fans including both adults and children will definitely not want to miss out!

Other highlights will include live tractor demonstrations and guided factory tours on small trains where visitors can experience the manufacturing processes behind the production of tractors.

Visitors will also be able to see the Aprilia RS-GP 2022 MotoGP bike, which will be Steyr-branded for the Austrian race on 21 August, and they can take part in the STEYR@HOME competition, win great prizes and test their skills at the Steyr hot-wire station.

"I'm really looking forward to welcoming visitors to STEYR@HOME 2022," says Christian Huber, General Manager CNH Industrial Austria. "Steyr customers and enthusiasts have a real passion for the brand, and we are giving them the opportunity to discover more about Steyr."

Peter Friis, Head of Steyr Europe Commercial Operations, is equally excited about STEYR@HOME 2022.

"From the future represented by our Hybrid Drivetrain Konzept, to the present, with our latest Terrus CVT, Absolut CVT and Impuls CVT models, and our planned oldtimer line-up, the comprehensive program will include something for everyone, whatever their age!"
