De ronde balen hebben een vaste breedte van 85 cm. en de diameter kan variabel aangepast worden van 80 tot 90 cm. Deze baalmaat en gewicht is erg geschikt voor de paardenhouder of kleine bedrijven van allerlei aard.
Het gewicht van de baal van bijvoorbeeld mais varieert van 350 tot 500 kg., afhankelijk van het drogestof gehalte van het materiaal. Balen mais of ieder ander product zijn ideaal voor handling en transport. Geen hoge investering in dure silo’s. Ideaal voor het voeren in de zomer.
De AGRONIC MultiBaler 820 heeft een capaciteit van 40-50 balen per uur. De machine vraagt weinig vermogen, een trekker vanaf 70 pk is al voldoende. Ook is het mogelijk de machine aan te drijven door middel van het optionele diesel powerpack of elektro powerpack.
De MultiBaler 820 wordt aangestuurd door een Canbus besturingssysteem welke de gehele proces voortgang voortdurend controleert. Het bedienen van de machine vergt weinig instructie omdat het menu eenvoudig samengesteld is. De machine kan door één persoon bediend worden. Van 50 klanten kan men het aantal balen en gewerkte uren opslaan in de monitor.
Tevens is de machine voorzien van zowel net- als foliebinding. Door het gebruik van foliebinding wordt een perfecte conservering en baaldichtheid van het product in de baal gegarandeerd en is er in de vorm van plastic nog meer één soort afval.

The AGRONIC MultiBaler 820 is a high-capacity baler-wrapper combination for making round midi bales. It is the ideal way to compact different types of material such as corn, pulp, chopped grass and straw and other organic fiber products.
The round bales have a fixed width of 85 cm. and the diameter can be variably adjusted from 80 to 90 cm. This bale size and weight is very suitable for horse owners or small businesses of all kinds.
The weight of the bale varies from 350 to 500 kg, depending on the dry matter content of the material. Bales of corn or any other product are ideal for handling and transport. No high investment in expensive silos. Ideal for feeding in the summer.
